Hey there, my name is Shyne, and my love for animals has been deeply rooted since childhood. Growing up, I cared for a variety of pets and developed a strong passion for animal welfare and responsible puppy ownership. Years later, when searching for an ethically raised puppy with DNA tested parents and a sound temperament, I realised how difficult it was to find transparent breeders who truly prioritised health, temperament, and early puppy socialisation.
My first dog was a Dachshund, but unfortunately, I lost him after a few years due to health issues. Over the years, I also owned several Jack Russells, with my last one sadly passing away last year at the age of 19.
When I decided to welcome a new puppy into my life again, I was determined to find one that was ethically raised, with DNA tested parents and a sound temperament. However, my search proved challenging. I struggled to find transparent breeders who could provide clear information about their puppies’ origins, health testing, and early puppy socialisation practices. I also couldn’t be fully certain that the DNA reports provided genuinely belonged to the puppies’ parents.
This experience, coupled with the growing number of abandoned dogs caused by health and behavioural issues, made me realise the importance of raising awareness about responsible breeding and ethical puppy sourcing in Singapore. It became clear to me that more families were searching for healthy, well-socialised companion puppies raised with care and purpose.
