The ambience of the place was great, extremely clean and well maintained giving the pups a cozy, comfortable and spacious area to play around. Shyne provided all the necessary details from the breeders history to their puppy program and I felt very at ease given that I have always had multiple thoughts on getting a puppy due to unethical breeding. She was also very helpful in providing my pup boarding as I was away during the year end holidays and ensured he was well taken care of and kept me updated throughout his stay with her. Overall the experience and interaction was very positive and I would highly recommend Shyne and the Woof Loof team to any new/current pet owners. Woof Loof is the 3rd and last pet shop that we patroned before we decided to own our dear Luna.
