Woof loof was one of the first pet shops we visited in Sg, and honestly after our experience with them we were reluctant to purchase a pet from anywhere else.... read more From their excellent customer service, expertise and valuable advice given, to clean premises - the whole experience of choosing our dog was very pleasant. Shayne and her partner introduced us to the breeders through a series of videos as we watched how the newborn puppies were raised in Australia. They patiently answered our many questions as a first time pet owner, providing tailored recommendations to match the needs of my puppy breed. Even after bringing our dog home, Shayne still provides advice online whenever i have questions which i’m grateful for. I also appreciated that they provided an intimate space for us to meet and interact with the puppies privately. In fact, their puppies were so friendly, sociable, some even command trained, which I believe was attributed to the Early Neurological Stimulation programme they went through which helps them develop better stress tolerance. Needless to say this allowed us to fall in love with Cindy the cavapoo, whom we renamed Lilo 😍 What impressed me most about Woof loof though was their commitment to ethical breeding practices and ensuring the puppies are well cared for even during their short stay in the store. They were very transparent about the health and DNA reports of the parents and their premises where the dogs are allowed to roam freely, giving us the peace of mind about the health of our puppy (this is unheard of in other local pet shops). Moreover, the “starter package” of supplies provided (20 over toys!) was a thoughtful added touch, and their lifetime membership for their pet supplies definitely makes me want to visit them again. Overall, despite their slightly premium prices, it’s certainly well worth a healthy and happy furry companion for life. We’ve had Lilo for 2 months so far and she is the sweetest little pup - I’m loving her more and more each day! In fact, during the short time we’ve had her we already received many questions asking where we got her from… and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Woof Loof to them. Woof Loof is the 3rd and last pet shop that we patroned before we decided to own our dear Luna. Luna is the best temperamental dog that i ever met... read more and it gave me the assurance as a first time dog owner. The dogs in this shop are well trained and of top qualities. Thanks to the early stimulation that the puppies went through at the beginning of birth. Many thanks to Shyne and Reen for their patience and guidance to my family. Slowly, we built up the confidence to bring Luna home with us. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to assist us. Shyne even personally texted me the next day morning to check out on Luna. Highly recommend Woof Loof especially for first time dog owner!

Chanced upon Woof Loof while scrolling through social media and decided to visit their website to see the pictures of their puppies. Immediately, one of their puppies caught our attention... read more and we decided to make an appointment with them and visited them the following day. Throughout the whole visit , Shyne and her partner (owners) were very patient with us asking her questions. One of the differences that we noticed in the puppies were how easy going and calm they reacted in front of humans . These puppies were curious but never aggressive. We were able to touch and play with them easily. Believe this was all attributed to the ENS programme (early neurological stimulation) to de sensitive them against various factors. Another major difference would be the genetics information of the puppies that Shyne was able to provide to us. We were able to clearly know that the puppy we love was free from any genetics defects and who their parents were. Knowing that these puppies were ethically bred further gave us the reassurance that we need. Keep up the good work Shyne 😀

4 weeks ago, we walked into Woof Loof and picked what we considered to be the calmer and more composed of 2 beautiful female bichon frise - poodle mixed breed... read more puppies. We named her Aurora, which means 'Dawn'. Since that first moment, she has more than lived up to her name, she has been that luminous phenomenon that has burst into our lives, brighter than sunshine. She is a bundle of non-stop energy, terrorising her older 'siblings', my 15 year old yorkie and my 10 year old maltipoo. She is everything that was advertised by Woof Loof : intelligent, sociable and most definitely pee pad trained. As an owner of 2 other dogs, I can see the proof of her ethical and dare I say in my own humble opinion, superior breeding. I can't thank Shayne enough for acceding to my request and bringing in this most lovely of mixed breeds. With regards to my impression of Woof Loof , Shayne and her partner must be commended for their professionalism. They took great pains and time to make the on-boading experience a terrific one. Everything about it was stellar, from the cleanliness of the shop, to the gift pack, to the whole ambience of the place.Thank you once again. It was worth every cent.
