We made an appointment with Shyne to finalize a reservation for a Bichon Frise, but when we saw this little guy, we immediately fell in love with him! Brought him home the same day😍. A casual chat meeting ended up with us signing a contract and eventually bringing home our first fur baby! Ethical breeding truly makes a difference and it’s noticeable from the first time the pup meets you, and interacts with your household. We have a 7 y old ourselves and the whole process of exposing a pup to sounds and people from a very young age has benefited us immensely. Our pup ( a cavapoo pup, 3 month old named Bruno) settled into our lives with ease. We are currently trying to understand his cues better and although it has only been a week, we have learnt a lot! 4 weeks ago, we walked into Woof Loof and picked what we considered to be the calmer and more composed of 2 beautiful female bichon frise - poodle mixed breed... read more puppies. We named her Aurora, which means 'Dawn'. Since that first moment, she has more than lived up to her name, she has been that luminous phenomenon that has burst into our lives, brighter than sunshine. She is a bundle of non-stop energy, terrorising her older 'siblings', my 15 year old yorkie and my 10 year old maltipoo. She is everything that was advertised by Woof Loof : intelligent, sociable and most definitely pee pad trained. As an owner of 2 other dogs, I can see the proof of her ethical and dare I say in my own humble opinion, superior breeding. I can't thank Shayne enough for acceding to my request and bringing in this most lovely of mixed breeds. With regards to my impression of Woof Loof , Shayne and her partner must be commended for their professionalism. They took great pains and time to make the on-boading experience a terrific one. Everything about it was stellar, from the cleanliness of the shop, to the gift pack, to the whole ambience of the place.Thank you once again. It was worth every cent.

Woof Loof is the 3rd and last pet shop that we patroned before we decided to own our dear Luna. Luna is the best temperamental dog that i ever met... read more and it gave me the assurance as a first time dog owner. The dogs in this shop are well trained and of top qualities. Thanks to the early stimulation that the puppies went through at the beginning of birth. Many thanks to Shyne and Reen for their patience and guidance to my family. Slowly, we built up the confidence to bring Luna home with us. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to assist us.
