Throughout the whole visit , Shyne and her partner (owners) were very patient with us asking her questions. One of the differences that we noticed in the puppies were how easy going and calm they reacted in front of humans . These puppies were curious but never aggressive. We were able to touch and play with them easily. Believe this was all attributed to the ENS programme (early neurological stimulation) to de sensitive them against various factors. Another major difference would be the genetics information of the puppies that Shyne was able to provide to us. We were able to clearly know that the puppy we love was free from any genetics defects and who their parents were. Knowing that these puppies were ethically bred further gave us the reassurance that we need. Keep up the good work Shyne 😀

The ambience of the place was great, extremely clean and well maintained giving the pups a cozy, comfortable and spacious area to play around. Shyne provided all the necessary details from the breeders history to their puppy program and I felt very at ease given that I have always had multiple thoughts on getting a puppy due to unethical breeding. She was also very helpful in providing my pup boarding as I was away during the year end holidays and ensured he was well taken care of and kept me updated throughout his stay with her.
