Thanks for bringing Cuddles into our family. We took time to write this review but as we approach Cuddle's first birthday, we cannot go without expressing our gratitude for bringing this bundle of joy to our lives and making this past year so magical for all of us!
We still remember connecting with you more than a year back when we were toying with the idea of getting a puppy. However, you were so kind to help us explore, make a choice on the breed that would be best for us given what we were looking for and eventually connect us to Cuddles, whom we fell in love with the moment we saw him.
It was fascinating to meet Cuddles along with his sibling, Mark and we remember how you guided us to make the right decision matching their temperaments with ours and helping us make the decision on who would be best suited for our family.
Over the two-hour long interaction, you answered all our questions patiently and we were quite impressed with the ethical approach you took to getting these little fur babies here to Singapore. The documents were through and detailed.
We would have been at a loss on how to handle a puppy as this is our first family dog, but you prepared us well with everything that we might have needed in the first few weeks along with giving us a crash course on how and what to feed him. We have been super impressed with how much he was already exposed to potty training, and he settled into the routine within a day. Though cockapoos have separation anxiety, Cuddles was good right from the start. He just blended into the family.
Cuddles has brought all of us so much Joy from day 1 and for that we are very grateful.

I just want to say “well done” to my husband for randomly opening the door of that pet shop that said "Puppies Available" that day.
That’s where we met our sweet Rosie, a goldendoodle from Australia. It truly felt like fate. She has brought so much light into our lives ✨
We had been going back and forth about getting a dog for a long time, but what finally made us decide was the amazing environment at Woof loof. Unlike other pet shops, we could genuinely feel the love and care from the staff, and the attention they give to each puppy they put up for sale.
We had already thought, “If we’re ever going to bring a dog home, it has to be from here.” And then Rosie ran straight towards us with so much energy 🤭
You can really tell from Rosie's personality that she was raised with so much love since the day she was born 💗

I’ve researched ethical pet shops for a year and funnily, Woofloof was the first one I looked at back then. I’m so glad we chose Shyne and Woofloof to find Maya- when we walked in, the vibe and energy was amazing. Shyne was transparent and I really appreciate that she assessed if we were ready for a puppy too. I’ve spoken to the breeders before Maya came home and it is very clear that she is a well socialised intelligent puppy. Ts a week since Maya came home and I have had so many questions along the way as a new pet parent. I’ve always been met by patience and genuine care at Woofloof. Thank you for being with us on this journey and helping us find Maya.
It was love at first sight when my twins and I saw Genie, our little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel at Woof Loof.
Woof Loof also provides impressive follow up care and they have been very supportive and guiding me along this new adventure of raising a puppy!

We came into the store expecting to just view. But the dogs that wood loof have high quality and it was very different compared to other stores. I highly recommend anybody interested in a companion to come here. The owner is friendly and honest as they put in extreme effort to maintain the quality of their dogs. 10/10 experience will recommend to everyone.
We had such a wonderful experience getting our puppy from Woof Loof — all thanks to Shyne! From the moment we met her, it was clear how passionate she is about what she does. She works only with ethical, responsible breeders and really takes the time to get to know them, making sure the puppies are well cared for and matched with the right families.
What drew us to this shop in the first place were the great reviews (which we now totally agree with!). We made an appointment and visited the shop — it was clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of time and room to interact with the pups. That’s when we met our little mini Aussie Shepherd and brought him home!
Shyne also shared so much about the process behind the scenes — everything from the puppy’s early development to their DNA-tested parents to ensure they’re healthy and free of genetic issues. We were so impressed with the level of care and planning involved. Our pup was already pee tray–trained when we brought him home, which was such a bonus!
Big shoutout to Shyne and her partner for their genuine love for the animals, their thoughtful follow-ups, and all the effort they put into making this such a smooth journey. Highly recommend them if you're thinking of adding a furkid to your family! 🐶
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Highly recommend Woof Loof!
We decided to go with Woof Loof after my husband’s sister brought home an incredible pup from them. Her puppy was so well-behaved — already potty trained and unfazed by things like the doorbell, vacuum cleaner, or television — and that was when I first heard about their ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) program, which I found really fascinating.
Having bought two puppies within six months (our first, Slurpee, from another shop and now our second, Slushie, from Woof Loof), I can really see how differently two pet shops operate.
Shyne, who runs Woof Loof, is completely transparent. She shared videos of her traveling overseas to source ethical breeders, explained how the ENS program works, showed us DNA reports of the parents, and even videos of the mum nursing the litter — which gave us full confidence that these pups are well cared for and ethically bred.
After a year of planning to get a family pet, my two children were quite nervous and hesitant about the whole puppy viewing process. From the moment we met Shyne at Woof Loof, she put me completely at ease with professionalism, patience, and obvious expertise in the area of ethical breeding. This made such a difference for me, compared to other pet shops we visited in Singapore. Shyne took the time to answer all my questions, helped me understand what responsible pet ownership really looks like, and gave me the confidence I needed to know that I was truly ready to welcome a puppy into our lives.
An amazing experience.
Getting an Airdale Terrier is impossible these days. I tried every angle and got no where. Woof Loof did it. They also managed the whole process brilliantly. Do not hesitate to use them. Our little Darcey arrived in perfect health with amazing manners. I could not ask for a better service.
Shyne has been very helpful and patient, starting from our search for the right puppy for our family. She never failed to respond to our many queries, from the breeder, parents of the puppy, including updating us with photos and videos of the puppy before he arrived in Singapore. She also took time, patiently explaining puppy care to us, knowing that we are first time fur parents. Thank you.
Woof Loof is the 3rd and last pet shop that we patroned before we decided to own our dear Luna. Luna is the best temperamental dog that i ever met and it gave me the assurance as a first time dog owner. The dogs in this shop are well trained and of top qualities. Thanks to the early stimulation that the puppies went through at the beginning of birth.
After losing my first dog due to IMT, it took me a while of researching to find a good, ethical and reputable breeder that was upfront about their practices and where they got their pups from.
