Over the two-hour long interaction, you answered all our questions patiently and we were quite impressed with the ethical approach you took to getting these little fur babies here to Singapore. The documents were through and detailed.
We would have been at a loss on how to handle a puppy as this is our first family dog, but you prepared us well with everything that we might have needed in the first few weeks along with giving us a crash course on how and what to feed him. We have been super impressed with how much he was already exposed to potty training, and he settled into the routine within a day. Though cockapoos have separation anxiety, Cuddles was good right from the start. He just blended into the family.

Common breeds can be matched within 2–4 weeks. Rare breeds (Biewer Terriers, silver poodles) may take several months — we’ve waited up to a year to find exactly the right puppy. Puppies fly home to Singapore at around 12 weeks old.
Yes — all parent dogs are screened for breed-specific genetic diseases before breeding. You receive the DNA results, health tests, and temperament notes as part of your matching shortlist.
Absolutely. If the litter is already born, you’ll view your puppy via photos, videos or a live video call before reserving. If a litter is due, we reserve your spot and keep you updated through pregnancy and birth.
Flight booking, import permits and customs clearance are handled by us. On homecoming day you receive original vaccination booklets, microchip and health certificates, a Puppy Pack, and breeder tips for settling in — plus a post-flight vet check in Singapore.
