Thanks for bringing Cuddles into our family. We took time to write this review but as we approach Cuddle's first birthday, we cannot go without expressing our gratitude for bringing this bundle of joy to our lives and making this past year so magical for all of us!
We still remember connecting with you more than a year back when we were toying with the idea of getting a puppy. However, you were so kind to help us explore, make a choice on the breed that would be best for us given what we were looking for and eventually connect us to Cuddles, whom we fell in love with the moment we saw him.
It was fascinating to meet Cuddles along with his sibling, Mark and we remember how you guided us to make the right decision matching their temperaments with ours and helping us make the decision on who would be best suited for our family.
Over the two-hour long interaction, you answered all our questions patiently and we were quite impressed with the ethical approach you took to getting these little fur babies here to Singapore. The documents were through and detailed.
We would have been at a loss on how to handle a puppy as this is our first family dog, but you prepared us well with everything that we might have needed in the first few weeks along with giving us a crash course on how and what to feed him. We have been super impressed with how much he was already exposed to potty training, and he settled into the routine within a day. Though cockapoos have separation anxiety, Cuddles was good right from the start. He just blended into the family.
Cuddles has brought all of us so much Joy from day 1 and for that we are very grateful.

That’s where we met our sweet Rosie, a goldendoodle from Australia. It truly felt like fate. She has brought so much light into our lives ✨
We had been going back and forth about getting a dog for a long time, but what finally made us decide was the amazing environment at Woof loof. Unlike other pet shops, we could genuinely feel the love and care from the staff, and the attention they give to each puppy they put up for sale.
We had already thought, “If we’re ever going to bring a dog home, it has to be from here.” And then Rosie ran straight towards us with so much energy 🤭
You can really tell from Rosie's personality that she was raised with so much love since the day she was born 💗

I’ve researched ethical pet shops for a year and funnily, Woofloof was the first one I looked at back then. I’m so glad we chose Shyne and Woofloof to find Maya- when we walked in, the vibe and energy was amazing. Shyne was transparent and I really appreciate that she assessed if we were ready for a puppy too. I’ve spoken to the breeders before Maya came home and it is very clear that she is a well socialised intelligent puppy. Ts a week since Maya came home and I have had so many questions along the way as a new pet parent. I’ve always been met by patience and genuine care at Woofloof. Thank you for being with us on this journey and helping us find Maya.

Came across Woofloof as I was looking particularly for a King Charles Spaniel.
From the first meeting, to bringing her home was all good and you can see and feel the passion they have for having ethically bred dogs brought in, and ensuring they match the puppy to the family!

Had a really great experience at woof loof with the owner shyne ,where we just got our new king charles cavallier puppy from. 100% ethical in the sourcing and welfare of their puppies. Super easy process from enquiries, to waiting for the puppy with photo updates and final day of pick up where they help you navigate the rules in singapore for dog ownership and help you fill in forms online at shop and a great puppy pack and info on how to care for puppy. The puppy is a really really nice dog too with total vet clearance and a perfect bill of health, so glad we bought him. 100% reccommend this business
